Ordering Instructions
Clients can choose to email us directly at freddiestash@hotmail.com or add us in msn messenger for quick enquires
Clients are encouraged to enquire anything unsure about items to prevent future misunderstandings
Clients after having confirmed interest in buying the item will have to fill up our Order Form and send it to freddiestash@hotmail.com
Freddiestash will then email you a confirmation note after checking your orders
After making payment clients will then send me a copy of the Order form with required information filled up

*Kindly send Freddiestash your order forms when only when you are able to make payment within THREE DAYS via bank transfer/ concealed cash


For in stocks:
Freddiestash after receiving your Order Form will check for payment before sending out of items immediately

For preordered stocks:
Freddiestash with send in your order to supplier as soon as all our other clients order forms are collected and paid for
To provide better service, we urge you to send us an email after receiving items

Preordered Stocks Order Payment
Clients have to pay a additional $2.00/- above item's price as handling fee
Currency conversions differs occasionally as regards to different sprees
Kindly proceed to Q&A regarding any questions about above policies

Methods of Payment
Freddiestash accept bank transfers and cash upon meetups
Freddiestash do accept but do not encourage concealed cash
Freddiestash strongly stress that concealed cash is sent at client’s own risk

Clients are reminded that payment via ibanking/ POSB DBS transfers will be void if clients does not inform us about transaction details within 24Hours after payment is made
Client will then recieve a confirmation note to show that Freddiestash has recieved payment

Freddiestash Vouchers
Freddiestash will occasionally give Six dollars Freddiestash vouchers to our clients,
please note that the six dollars Freddiestash voucher is only valid for six month
Clients names wil be striked off our voucher list after a period of six months

The Six dollars Freddiestash voucher is only valid with every purchase of two item or more
The voucher is also not applicable if used with any other discount/ membership prrogrammes

Mailing Charges
All prices are exclusive of postage
Please add an additional $1.50 for normal postage, additional $3.50 for registered
Payment to be made before sending out of items to protect myself from dead buyers
Freddiestash will not be held responsible for the lost of mail through normal postage
Items are sent out only every once a week on either Sundays or Mondays after 1730PM

Meetup Timeslots
Meetups are free-of-charge for a total purchases above $200/- or only unless you can meet me at my convenience

A sum of $3.00 is payable to all meetups below $200 with exception to:

Hougang mrt, Sengkang mrt, Kovan mrt, Doubygaut mrt & Habourfront mrt
Doubygaut mrt & Habourfront mrt to be dealt case-by-case

Items Refund Policies
With regards to items thats are found to be out of stock, refund will only be made when items arrive in Singapore
Freddiestash will not be held responsible if items are not brought in by the fault of merchant, a refund will then be made
Freddiestash will inform clients of item being out of stock as soon as merchant notifies us
However Freddiestash will not be responsible if merchant notifies us of items being out of stockv after items arrival

Items Exchange Policies
All items paid for are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless found unsatisfactory within reason
We will not be held responsible for items that do not fit buyer as sizes have been clearly provided
Freddiestash will not be held responsible for any damage incurred through postage as we have checked our items thoroughly before posting

Enquiries are encouraged to enquire about anything unsure about items
Items will only be reserved for a maximum of three days after receiving clients Order form
If payment is not made within the third day without notice, clients orders will be void

**Backing out after sending out your final order form is not acceptable& clients will be blacklisted by freddiestash
Blacklisted client will be banned from future sprees in freddiestash if they are blacklisted more then 03 times
First or Second time offenders too will be blacklisted, and priority will not be given to blacklisted clients in cases whereby two parties are involved.
